Lean 180 has been an excellent purchase. The plan is easy to follow without all the fluff or gimmicks I have seen with some other diet plans. All food is easy to find at the store and realistic but works. I enjoy the taste of the protein shakes and do feel they help curb my appetite. The burn and cleanse along with the TKO tea are also easy and ideal for me while attempting to loose weight. I am on the road back to my goal weight and feeling good about it. Highly recommend this product and all with it!
