I've tried numerous weight loss metabolize boosters and I can this by far was my favorite. It's super easy to swallow. Does not give you the shakes or jitters. Curbs your appetite. You simply take it 3 times a day with a glass of water. Funny thing was by day 2 I was craving water! My water intake dramatically increased while I was taking this product which is wonderful for weight loss. I also followed sensible diet that was laid out by the company and after being on it for 1 week I lost 5 pounds! I am really hoping if I continue the use I will continue to see the numbers too. I also noticed a diffident increase in my ability to focus and accomplish tasks with out distractions. My energy increase too. I was finally able to come home after a long day at work and do things with my daughter. It was nice to have all that energy at the end of the day.

I have been using the Lean 180 cleanse for about a week now. Everyone looses weight at a different rate. And I'm usually a slow weight loss person. But I was happy to see that with the continued use of the 180 cleanse and the other products (shake and weight loss pill) I was seeing results. The lean 180 cleanse is taken in the evening before bed with a full glass of water. It was very easy to swallow. The cleanse works very subtly and gently not causing any stomach upset or indigestion. When paired with other Lean 180 products you can really feel the benefit.

I have used numerous different protein shakes to try and help my weight loss. The one things I always hated about them was the metallic taste and how thick they were. I used this for my breakfast and I easily made it till snack time without feeling hungry.
