When my wife found the Lean 180 Challenge and specifically the Get Lean Guide it put me on the road to kick start my weight loss and I lost 5 lbs in the first week!. The shakes and smoothie recipes are delicious and the day by day menu is extremely simple to follow. But the best part of all is that I was able to stay on track and I never felt hungry!
