I have followed the 28 day challenge for the full 28 days now and have seen not only weight loss but also a change in my attitude and energy. The whole plan together is easy and effective. The burn gives me great energy. The cleanse worked well without any issues. The blend is a great source of protein and tastes like a milkshake! Overall, I could not be happier with a diet plan and really liked the exercise portion. I can do the workout while traveling or don't want to go to the gym while at home. Liked said, if you want results, this is your product.
