I received a sample kit of the 180 Lean Kit. It's a 7 days sample kit. I love it. It's perfect for a jump start to the new year and a new you! I'm a runner and I need something that is going to give me a jump start to helping me lose weight as well as perform better. This is perfect for me. The shake tastes good! The Cleanse and The Burn are helpful in controlling my appetite and helps keep my energy going while out on a run!

This is not a kit for you to sit around and do nothing and think that you are going to loose weight. You have to go out there and do something! Even if you just go for a walk. Get active and get motivated!
