The Get Lean Kit is an excellent bundle that can help kick-start "a new you in 2015." The kit comes with a simple diet plan to help you meet your weight loss goals. I have tried out several colon cleanses during the past year and the 180 Cleanse is pretty strong. I took one cleanse capsule before I went to bed at the end of the first day and I was running to the bathroom as soon as I woke up the next day. Surprisingly, there was no cramping, which did occur with a few other cleanses that I have used in the past.

I tried out the 180 Burn last month, so I knew exactly what to expect. There were no side effects and I had an increase in energy before, during and after my workouts.

I have tried a handful of protein mixes in the past and most of them were very bland, so I was a bit surprised of the great taste of the 180 Muscle Mix (chocolate); though I don't recommend mixing it with almond milk as I found it to be a little bitter compared to blending it with skim milk. I've been drinking the chocolate mix early in the morning and it has helped suppress my appetite until lunchtime rolls around. Overall, I have enjoyed trying out the Get Lean Kit this week. You can definitely see some results from taking the kit if you follow the diet plan and exercise daily
