I started the 7 day get lean program on a Saturday, after following the instructions as I can say that you will lose weight.
It’s an easy program and by the way it looks and the diet you are to follow, it seems like you would be hungry all the time. Well I can tell you that you won’t be. I’m a big guy and I always figured I need a lot of food to keep going but the way this diet is laid out, I was never hungry. Even some days when it came time
This is not bad and I ate 5 to 6 times a day. I was worried I would have to spend a lot of time exercising, I did none. It’s pretty easy, you take two tablets in the morning, one in the afternoon and 30 minutes before bed you take one of the cleanse tablets. I never felt tired or weak, never hungry or agitated. I a big skeptic on diets and diet pills but I have to say, this stuff works and if you want to lose some quick weight, give it a try.
