I received the Get Lean Kit containing: chocolate muscle mix (protein shake), 180° cleanse and 180° burn. You take 1or 2 capsules of 180° burn in the morning when you wake up, with a cup of water. Around 2 I take 1 180° burn capsule.
I drink the shake around 2 also. I mix 6 ounces of almond or coconut milk with 1tbsp mix. You can also blend with ice and fruit if you want more of a smoothie type drink. The shake tastes great. The shake along with the 180° burn capsule kept me feeling full, and gave me the extra energy without feeling jittery. I received this product from Lean 180 in exchange for my honest opinion. I like that the shake has less sugar than most shakes of this kind. The 3 pound container is a great value. The shake blends much better than similar shakes. The powder will not be at the bottom of your glass or in chunks in your mouth.
Right before bed take the 180° cleanse capsule with a glass of water. In the morning be ready to have to GO. I like that the cleanse did not make me have stomach cramps, like some cleanse tablets tend to do.
If you are trying to build muscle, or just get more fit, I recommend you try the get lean kit.
