Gets you the results!I used the Lean 180 Muscle mix shakes, the Lean 180 Burn supplement and the Lean 180 Cleanse. I did not follow the diet plan they include exactly due to some health issue i'm working with my doctor on, so that plays some part of my results i'm sure. The diet plan they include is pretty restrictive, but that is what gets you the results. Still, using the system as they recommend I lost 4 pounds in 1 week, and had an increase in my energy level from the second day on. I didn't have any negative side effects, which I really was glad about.

Awesome products!These products have helped by boyfriend immensely! He works thirds so he asked me to write a review. Not only does he have more energy but his metabolism has been getting a great boost! He has tried various other products for men's health, but this is by far his favorite. The Burn 180 that you take in the morning has gotten him up out of bed and ready to go more than I have every seen him be! By following the directions for using these products he has been more consistent and organized with his health, and meal planning. He loves the cleanse 180 and the taste of the muscle milk which keeps him fuller for longer periods of time. His body became immensely more toned and lean within just about a week with the help of these products! Thanks Skinny Jane!!

These products WORK!These products work! Taken together as directed (Lean 180 weight loss plan) they are key to my weight loss. Excess weight, especially in the midsection, has been an issue for me, and with these products I have found a way to help myself! The products definitely go together; all are important, including the exercises, and with this plan I have been able to control my appetite and lost weight. Highly recommended!!

Great flavorI thought the vanilla flavor protein mix was absolutely delicious. I made a smoothie using the protein mix and it tasted better than ice cream.

Highly RecommendAll of these products came with the 8 week challenge and all of these have worked well for me. I truly enjoy the shakes and the blend and cleanse have helped me push past a plateau when I initially started the challenge. Highly recommended!

Excellent Product!The quick slim kit is very effective. The whole plan together is easy and effective. The burn gives me great energy. The cleanse worked well without any issues. The blend is a great source of protein and tastes like a milkshake! Overall, I could not be happier with a diet plan and really liked the exercise portion. I can do the workout while traveling or don't want to go to the gym while at home. Liked said, if you want results, this is your product.

favorite!I have to say this product is my favorite of all. I have tried other products to me it's smoother than other shakes that's chalky texture. I also get more energy and notice a lot more muscle gain and weight loss changes.

Easy to follow and tastes great!When my wife found the Lean 180 Challenge and specifically the Get Lean Guide it put me on the road to kick start my weight loss and I lost 5 lbs in the first week!. The shakes and smoothie recipes are delicious and the day by day menu is extremely simple to follow. But the best part of all is that I was able to stay on track and I never felt hungry!

I can make so many shakes!The vanilla protein powder in this kit is my most favorite! I am able to make many different shakes with the vanilla and they are always creamy and delicious! an of course super easy for a quick breakfast ( I usually just use a blender bottle, shake and go). I noticed some question about if this is for woman also or not. I am a lady and I have noticed multiple positive changes with my body and my performance in the gym! I am have been than pleased with this product and would recommend it to anyone.

tastes fantastic!I have tried a huge variety of protein powders and this brand as well as the ladies version, SkinnyJane, taste amazing! There's no strange aftertaste or sawdust taste and texture like many others have. This product, lean 180 Vanilla as well as the skinny Jane Chocolate, both taste fantastic!!
